SUZUKI HUB EQUITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION POLICY

STATEMENT

At Suzuki Hub we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion, in how we run our organisation and how we teach music to children. Though we understand that these principles are inherent to the Suzuki Approach, expressed in the philosophy that ‘every child can’, we want to bring them alive in all the work that we do. As an organisation we are committed to ensuring that all aspects of equity, diversity and inclusion are respected, nurtured, encouraged by all our staff, families and students who make up our wonderful community at Suzuki Hub.

Our vision for Suzuki Hub is to be a place where everyone is encouraged and able to make a contribution, irrespective of race, gender, gender expression, religion, age, sexual orientation, physical ability, socioeconomic background and nationality. Having an inclusive organisational culture that is diverse, promotes positivity and instils a collaborative attitude in everyone, is fundamental to our work as well as integral to our growth.
